The Volunteer Mobile Missionaries, referred to in this application as VMM, is a Christian organization. All information supplied to us is entirely voluntary and confidential. In our efforts to be most effective in the field, we need to know as much as possible about your background. EACH PERSON MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE APPLICATION;

Each member is responsible for his/her health and should advise the project Crew Leader of any physical limitations. EACH MEMBERSHIP MUST BE FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT and must not seek financial assistance from VMM, its representatives, members, or any activity we help. There are no dues in VMM and any donations you make to VMM must be completely voluntary.

Unless you voluntarily meet the following criteria, you are not eligible for membership in VMM.

Be self sufficient & own a self-contained RV (or have access to).
Should be able to work a project within 90 days of your acceptance as a member.
Pay a ONE TIME Registration fee of $20 per family. Call Jim at 541.974.7681 for further instructions.

HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE

“I hereby agree that I will receive no monetary compensation for any time of labor while participating in a VMM project or program. I will make no unauthorized purchases on behalf of VMM and will present valid sales slips or invoices for any payment of any authorized purchases. I hereby hold the Volunteer Mobile Missionaries (VMM), and its agents, employees, members, staff, corporate or other officers, directors, as well as any church body, mission, school, or any person or group of its representatives for whom VMM works or is involved with, free, clear and harmless from any injuries of any kind sustained by myself or my family or to any other parties or damages to my property of others caused by myself or my family while traveling to or from any VMM projects or while “on site” at projects. I have read and understand this registration form and agree to abide by the stipulations set out hereon. I have read the VMM “PREAMBLE”, “STATEMENT OF FAITH” AND “HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE” and endorse each of them.
